MEET YOUR COACH

As a certified business coach and ActionCOACH practice owner, I have over 20 years growing businesses of all sizes.  I have over a decade experience coaching small businesses in the dental industry nationwide and another decade in operations management for two of the four largest dental providers in the country.  My management experience spans from field level to executive level management with involvement in all aspects of the business:  operations management, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, procurement, marketing, human resources and team building.  

Early in my coaching career, I was fortunate to work with a team of trusted advisors who focused on the personal goals and dreams of business owners and then focused on transforming their businesses to support those dreams.   The challenge of growing businesses and profitability is fun in a competitive manner but I received an unexpected gift in doing so.   True satisfaction and reward came through helping the business owners and their families achieve the dreams and goals they thought were out of their reach.   Through ActionCOACH, my goal is help you increase your personal happiness as your business is transformed.
